Application Requirements:

All application materials must be submitted together (i.e., application, essay, recommendation letter(s), test scores, an official high school transcript, and any additional documentation). Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Official high school transcript and SAT or ACT Score(s) – Any combination of the highest available scores will be used in determining the applicant’s score(s). Scores within a two-year period of the test dates are considered valid for eligibility purposes.

Applicants should select only ONE of the two questions listed on the next page to answer. Each essay will be judged equally, regardless of which question is selected.
